The American Indian Family Center Elder Advisory Council (EAC) the Summer Solstice Event 6/21/22 (THIS Tuesday) from 5-8 PM at the small pavilion at Indian Mounds Regional Park in St. Paul the pavilion is across from the playground and right next to the small parking lot. https://www.stpaul.gov/facilities/indian-mounds-regional-park.

The Summer Solstice only occurs one day a year and is the longest day of the year. We will be feasting at this event catered by Ritty Samreth and have the Kalpulli Yaocenoxtli Aztec dancers from Indigenous Roots in attendance; providing education around the summer solstice and dancing to honor our ancestors.
It is a day of celebration! It would be a wonderful opportunity for you all to learn more and be a part of the community in the way that we used to do pre-pandemic. All ARE Welcome!
