AIFC – Women’s Sweat

The fire will be started at 4 P.M.
The sweat will begin promptly at 6 P.M.
A meal will also be shared. Please feel free to bring food to share, but it isn’t required.
Facilitated by Sharyl Whitehawk every first Friday of the month.
Appropriate sweat attire is recommended.
