Join us as we hold a ceremony for Nookomis Giizis (Grandmother Moon)!

We invite relatives who receive (and/or have ceased) their monthly menstrual cycle to join us for a Full Moon Ceremony on Thursday, August 11th at 6:30 pm at Belwin Conservancy Creative Center (795 Indian Trail South, Afton, MN 55001).

– Please wear a mask and if you have tested positive for COVID or are feeling unwell, please wait until a future Full Moon Ceremony to attend 😊
– Please bring a ceremonial/long skirt, hair bundle, watecha (containers for leftover food), a face mask, weather-appropriate attire, copper cup, small bowl, and spoon. We will provide a few extras just in case.
– After the ceremony, we will feast together, provided by AIFC.
