Elder

Tháŋkake

(Wise Person)

The Tháŋkake Elder Project uplifts and honors Native Elders, our community’s knowledge keepers, teachers, and guides. Through cultural connection, holistic care, and opportunities for social and economic empowerment, this project creates space for Elders to thrive in mind, body, spirit, and community.

The Tháŋkake Elder Project supports Native Elders aged 55 and older through services and programs that promote independence, well-being, and community connection. Rooted in Native culture and guided by holistic wellness, the project combines traditional teachings with modern care coordination to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental health needs of our Elders.

Elder Services Include:

Elder Case Management & Support

Providing personalized case management to help Elders access essential resources that promote stability, independence, and overall well-being.
