Thank you for attending the American Indian Family Center (AIFC) Grand Reopening and making it a momentous success!
We hope you enjoyed the afternoon, face painting, eating food from the excellent Trickster Tacos, seeing relatives and friends, some who we have not seen in over two years since AIFC closed its doors in March of 2020, and also meeting new friends! It was a day we will always remember, a day to renew connections, and a day to celebrate community!
We would also like to thank our special guest Minnesota Lt. Governor Peggy Flannagan, White Earth Band of Ojibwe, the amazing Native-owned food truck, Trickster Tacos, and all our staff and volunteers who put in their time and effort to make the day run smoothly. We could not have pulled it off without you.

She reminded us how our vision at AIFC aligns with her work advocating and making progress for children, working families, communities of color, Indigenous communities, and Minnesotans; that have historically been underserved and underrepresented.
